I specialize in residential single family homes that need renovation and redesign. Bungalows circa 1920s or 30s have a special place in my heart. These homes were built to last and they usually have strong bones. After restoration, with some modern twists, these homes are amazing all over again. I work closely with manufacturers to bring you the absolute best prices on cabinets, fixtures, all the way down to the floor. This ensures that you get the best price without having the headache of shopping around.

My relationship with vendors allow for even lower pricing on finishes, cabinets and plumbing. My services would include organizing and coordinating all the moving parts like the contractors, plumbers, even down to the installers.
